EUS Guided Biliary Drainage and Pancreatic Pseudocyst Drainage

Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) is a procedure that allows a doctor to obtain images and information about the digestive tract and the surrounding tissue and organs, including the lungs. Ultrasound testing uses sound waves to make a picture of internal organs.

Endoscopic Ultrasound Guided Biliary Drainage (EUS-BD)

ERCP occasionally fails because of anatomical or technical problems. EUS-BD has recently emerged as an alternative drainage method after an unsuccessful ERCP.

EUS-BD can be effectively broken into three primary methods, we perform two of them: EUS Guided Rendezvous and EUS Guided Choledocho-duodenostomy (CDS).

Endoscopic Ultrasound Guided Pseudocyst Drainage

Endoscopic Ultrasound is used for diagnosing and staging esophageal, rectal, pancreatic and bile duct cancers.  Therapeutic drainage of psuedoscyts of the pancreas can alleviate the symptoms caused by the cyst.
